We are open as usual but we must ask that if you have a cough or a high temperature, or if anyone in your household has a cough or a temperature, that you do not come to the practice. Call us on 0151 677 3255 if you have an appointment that we need to cancel. If you are self-isolating and have a Dental emergency please contact NHS 111, online if possible though www.111.nhs.uk.
We also request that if you fall within a vulnerable group of the population that you consider postponing any routine or elective dental appointments. We would be happy to rearrange any appointments for you.
We also ask that you minimize the number of people you bring with you to any appointment. Only one person is currently allowed in the surgery at a time, with the exception of children and vulnerable adults, and we wish to minimize the number of people in the waiting room at any time.
If we have to cancel your appointment due to staff absence or any change in guidance we will of course contact you at the earliest opportunity.
We want to reassure you that we are taking the current situation very seriously and are doing everything we can to protect our patients and staff. We are following NHS guidance very closely and we will provide further updates if there is any change in recommendations or working practices for us.
